HOW HUNTING DISCOMFORT, REPRESENTING YOUR COMMUNITY & REACHING BACK TO OPEN DOORS FOR OTHERS TO WALK THROUGH RESULTS IN PHENOMENAL IMPACT FOR YOURSELF & EVERYONE ELSE

Driven to ‘Hunt Discomfort’, Dhane Scotti has achieved more in 15yrs than most achieve in a lifetime. After reaching the heights of international success in advertising and leaving his dream job at Coca-Cola, he made the leap to Google where he’s currently the Global Consumer Lead for Pixel & Nest and began replicating the same impact within 6 months by launching the Childish Gambino campaign at the 2018 Grammy’s. Dhane shares his insights about leadership and life that he’s learned along the way, the right ‘mixoloxy’ required to make work that’s additive to culture, his advice for BIPOC & ‘Other’ people to back themselves and how we can all work towards dismantling systemic racism.
