Social & Environmental Strategy

Alaya | Australia

Alaya is an Australian-based regenerative movement and sanctuary collective focused on restoring the relationship between people, place, culture and nature.

Through regenerative sanctuaries, community experiences and land stewardship initiatives, Alaya explores how hospitality, wellbeing and community can become vehicles for deeper connection, restoration and collective care.

This conversation explores regeneration beyond sustainability, and what it means to create spaces that nurture both people and the living systems around them.

As a Board Director of Symbols of Hope, Jenn Chin has worked alongside the broader ecosystem of regenerative and community-led initiatives connected through Symbols of Hope and The Pure Foundation, including Alaya, which explores more human-centred approaches to hospitality, wellbeing and sustainability.
