Adalat AI is an India-based legal technology initiative using artificial intelligence to help address one of the world’s largest judicial backlogs.

With millions of court cases delayed across India’s legal system, Adalat AI is exploring how technology can support faster case management, improve administrative efficiency and increase access to timely justice without compromising fairness or due process.

The organisation represents a growing movement using responsible technology and AI to strengthen public systems and improve outcomes at scale.

This conversation explores the intersection of justice, governance and emerging technology, and what happens when innovation is applied to deeply human systemic challenges.
